Annual Meeting Minutes updated on page 2026-06-03 (June 3) - Annual Meeting
A Special Board Meeting to address Annual Meeting outcomes will be held on 2026-06-29 (June 29) at 7pm (02:00 UTC) at the MCCA Offices.

In order to comply with new state laws, Amberleigh HOA will be establishing and publishing board meeting dates to residents ahead of time as each new fiscal year begins. The dates are to be the second Wednesday following the closing of each quarter. Therefore, the board meeting dates for 2026-27 will be:
August 12, 2026
November 11, 2026
February 10, 2027
May 12, 2027
The annual meeting will be held the first Wednesday of June. For 2026-27, that date is June 2, 2026.
