Good morning, Amberleigh residents.
Yesterday, the irrigation timers were set to start watering today, Monday, and will water again on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Irrigation runs twice each day, once around 1:00 AM for a few minutes to dampen the ground then again around 5:00 AM.
If you notice what appears to be excessive watering causing dirt to be washed away or pooling of water, please let me know so our irrigation contractor can determine if repairs or head adjustments are required.
Please be mindful when digging in your yard as irrigation pipes are typically buried 8" to 10" below the surface. Large supply lines are pressurized all the time whereas smaller lines are only pressurized when the timers activate the lines.
If you cut or break a line, please let me know as soon as possible so repairs can be made quickly to minimize loss of water and damage to the surrounding area.

Board meetings are to be held on the following dates at 6:30pm-8pm at the MCCA offices.

We will announce the location of the June All-Residents' Meeting for June 3, 2026 as soon as we have the room booked. Previous meetings have been held in downtown Mill Creek. We will ensure online attendance is supported through GoToMeeting.
In order to comply with new state laws, Amberleigh HOA will be establishing and publishing board meeting dates to residents ahead of time as each new fiscal year begins. The dates are to be the second Wednesday following the closing of each quarter. Therefore, the board meeting dates for 2026-27 will be:
August 12, 2025
November 11, 2025
February 10, 2026
May 12, 2026
The annual meeting will be held the first Wednesday of June. For 2026-27, that date is June 3, 2026.
