MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF AMBERLEIGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

JUNE 18, 2024

A special meeting of the Board of Directors of Amberleigh Homeowners Association was held June 18, 2024 at the home of Mark Beales, Director and President.  Present at the meeting were:  Mark Beales, Director and President; Tyler Davis, Director and Treasurer; Mary Spalding, Director; Julie Cole, Director and Secretary; and Michael Beaumont, Landscape Committee.  Absent was Roger Deffner, Director and Vice President.

The meeting was called to order by Mark Beales at 7:05 pm.

The primary purpose of this meeting was to ratify the election results from the Amberleigh Homeowners 2024 annual meeting.  Mark Beales moved to ratify the Amberleigh Homeowners Association 2024 election as it stands.  The board unanimously approved  the ratification.

The Board nominated and re-elected for the 2024-25 year:

Tyler Davis:  Permanent Director and Treasurer

Roger Deffner: Director and Vice President

Mark Beales:  Director and President

Julie Cole was appointed interim Director and Secretary to fill out the remainder of Dianne Bratz’s term.

Amberleigh’s 2023-24 audit will be carried out  by Mary Spalding, Julie Cole, and one other homeowner who is yet to be determined.

Monthly, quarterly, and annual payment options are available for HOA dues.  Homeowners will need to opt in for monthly or annual options—quarterly is the default.

Discussion was held regarding Gabriel’s Landscaping and the difficulty Gabriel has of producing invoices.  Michael offered to create and submit invoices on Gabriel’s behalf.

Mark Beales adjourned the meeting at 7:50 pm.
